Job description

Glen Oaks Country Club is seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support both marketing initiatives and accounting operations. This dual-role position involves executing marketing campaigns, managing content, and maintaining accurate financial records through data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing, Communications & Member Experience:
  • Create and manage social media content that highlights club events, golf, dining, and member experiences
  • Develop and distribute member communications, including email newsletters, event promotions, and club updates
  • Assist in marketing and promotion of tournaments, social events, and special programming
  • Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and brand consistency
  • Capture photography and video content to showcase the Glen Oaks lifestyle
  • Collaborate with leadership to strengthen brand identity and member engagement
  • Track engagement metrics and recommend strategies to enhance participation and visibility
  • Other marketing tasks as needed
Accounting Data Entry:
  • Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting software
  • Maintain and update accounts payable and accounts receivable records
  • Maintain employee payroll hours and supplemental compensation
  • Maintain employee records and onboarding
  • Organize and maintain financial documents and records
  • Other accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, accounting, or administrative roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and accounting software
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, social media schedulers)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively

Preferred Skills:
  • Graphic design experience (Canva or similar)
