Job description

The Seasonal Golf Operations Staff supports the daily operations of the golf course through a combination of customer service, administrative support, turf care, and food and beverage service. This role contributes to a positive and safe experience for golfers and visitors by assisting with tee time coordination, maintaining course conditions, preparing golf amenities, and supporting basic food and beverage operations.
Working under general supervision, the position performs a variety of routine tasks across functional areas, including front desk operations, course setup and maintenance, and hospitality services-requiring flexibility, attention to detail, and a commitment to service excellence in a dynamic, outdoor environment.
Key Responsibilities could include:
  • Greet and assist golfers and visitors in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Support special events, outings, and daily operations as needed.
  • Assist with tee time check-ins and point-of-sale transactions.
  • Answer phones and assist with general customer inquiries.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to safety and service standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen, bar, and dining areas.
  • Assist with daily course setup and basic maintenance tasks.
  • Support turf care operations such as mowing, trimming, raking bunkers, and debris removal.
  • Perform routine equipment and facility upkeep.
  • Follow safety procedures when using tools or equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or general eduation degree (GED)
  • Less than 6 months

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of golf operations is a plus, but not necessary.
