Job description

Job Title: Divot Filling Technician

Primary Purpose: This position is designed as a part time position with flexible hours.

Description:

  • Focus on filling fairway divots on landing areas of fairways.
  • Working with 2-6 other individuals.
  • Shifts are flexible, but run from 6:00 am until 9:00 am
    • Exceptions can be made based on individual needs
  • Shifts are offered Monday through Friday
    • Choose how many days you would like to work
  • Our goal is to start before golfers are on the golf course and finish before we encounter golf.
  • You will be provided with a utility vehicle full of sand, buckets, and scoops to fill divots.
  • Grounds leaders will provide employees with direction on which holes to focus on each day.

Benefits:

  • We will provide uniforms if desired, otherwise appropriate golf attire is ok. No jeans or sweatpants.
  • Employee golf on Monday mornings or Monday afternoons
  • Golf shop discount
  • $12-$15 starting wage

This job description serves as a general overview of the job duties that this position requires. This is a new position that we are looking at implementing into our grounds department.
