Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain organized records of client information and correspondence
  • Support office management tasks including supply inventory and general administrative duties
