Job Description
We’re looking for a warm, energetic, and organized Dental Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice. If you have a friendly personality, a passion for patient care, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities
-Greet every patient with a smile and a friendly welcome, making them feel at ease from the moment they arrive.
-Manage our phone system—answering calls, transferring to the right team member, and taking clear, accurate messages.
-Schedule and confirm appointments while keeping the office calendar organized and up to date.
-Check patients in and out, ensuring all forms and records are completed accurately.
-Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and other correspondence promptly.
-Assist patients with billing questions and insurance-related inquiries.
-Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
-Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Help with other administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the practice.

Skills & Qualifications
-Strong communication and customer service skills, especially over the phone.
-Prior experience as a dental office receptionist preferred.
- Proficient with VOIP phone systems.
-Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
-High attention to detail for accurate scheduling and record-keeping.
-Ability to work independently while being a supportive team player.
- 2 years previous experience in the dental field
- Knowledge of dental codes and procedures

Salary Range
Full-time $25 - $30 per hour
- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule
- Work Hours: Monday-Thursday: 8 AM - 5 PM; Friday: 8 AM - 2 PM.
- Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).
- Overtime: Overtime available during busy seasons and paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate.
- Weekend Work: 1 Saturday per month
