Salary: $18.00

Our resin manufacturing company is seeking Production Laborers across all shifts to support the manufacturing of resin. Laborers will be responsible for staging, prepping, loading, and offloading finished products. Production laborers also ensure machinery, and the production floor is clean and well maintained. We are looking for experienced, energetic, and dynamic laborers who can perform in a plant working environment with varying climates seeking to progress with an industry leader to take our company to the next level in terms of quality and environmentally safe products. Training for this position will be conducted on 1st shift (7a-3:30p) and will last approximately 30 days. This position is on a rotating schedule to include every other weekend. Our shifts are as follows:

1st- 7am-3:30pm

2nd- 3pm-11:30pm

3rd- 11pm-7:30am

Employees working 2nd or 3rd shift receive a differential when they move to their shift.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Start assembly and production machinery at beginning of shift.
  • Load reactors with materials in various stages.
  • Assist blenders to ensure the flow of production is not interrupted.
  • Ensure the production area is clean and free of debris.
  • Responsible for moving materials to production areas.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines dictation of the production and handling of materials in a factory.
  • Ensure that production deadlines are met.
  • Report issues or problems to immediate Team Lead or Supervisor.
  • Complete production daily tasks as required.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Assist in other departments as needed; cross training provided


Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
  • Bilingual (Spanish)preferred
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • General math.
  • 2 years experience in factory, plant, foundry, mills, manufacturing, or construction environment preferred
  • Experience operating machinery or equipment.
  • Sit down forklift experience a plus
  • Must past drug and background.
