Job description

Location: Princeton, IN 47670

Position Summary

Responsible for performing production work in a factory setting. Starts, operates, tends, stops, and cleans machines. Must assemble finished product and inspects product to ensure high quality.

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm with overtime scheduled if inventory is needed.

$15.00/hour + $80 weekly attendance bonuses

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Start up and stop equipment
  • Assist with production line in factory setting
  • Clean production area
  • Sweep and remove debris
  • Load and unload items from machines and carts
  • Feed or place items onto equipment for processing
  • Operate automated welders
  • Ensure conformance to specifications
  • Mark parts for identification
  • Remove product and machine attachments (i.e. nozzles on welders.)
  • Read and interpret gauges (i.e go/no go gauges)
  • Record data (i.e scrap, traceability)
  • Follow written/verbal instructions from supervisors
  • Manipulate parts repetitively
  • Load and unload parts in tote/knock down containers
  • Communicate with team leader and fellow team members respectfully
  • Adhere to all safety rules

Knowledge & Education

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Have high school diploma or equivalent
