Position Overview

The Weekend & Event Manager leads our weekend operations—birthday parties, Friday & Saturday Night Out events, and front desk activities—ensuring smooth execution, great customer service, and a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support Weekend Birthday/Event Coaches and Front Desk staff.
  • Oversee party/event setup, execution, and cleanup.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues during weekend hours.
  • Monitor safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
  • Promote Win Kids programs and services to parents and guests.
  • Track attendance, supplies, and report operational needs to management.
Qualifications

  • 1+ year of supervisory or customer service/event experience.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
  • Energetic, positive personality with a passion for working with children and families.
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Available Friday evenings and Saturdays.
