 Event Server – Bastion Events

Bastion Events creates elevated, hospitality-driven experiences throughout Houston, specializing in luxury private events, corporate gatherings, weddings, and curated celebrations. As part of the Bastion Collection, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional food, beverage, and service experiences at premier venues including Soleil and Bar Moon.

We are seeking professional, energetic, and hospitality-driven Event Servers to join our growing events team. If you enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a team that values excellence, we would love to meet you.

This is a flexible, part-time opportunity with the ability to choose shifts that fit your schedule while working some of Houston’s most exciting events.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional food and beverage service at upscale private events, corporate gatherings, weddings, and special celebrations.
  • Assist with event setup, service execution, and breakdown.
  • Deliver polished, attentive hospitality while anticipating guest needs.
  • Assist with plated dinners, buffets, passed hors d'oeuvres, beverage service, and other event formats.
  • Work collaboratively with event managers, bartenders, culinary teams, and fellow servers to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Represent the Bastion Events brand with professionalism, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
  • Travel to and from event locations throughout the Greater Houston Area.
Qualifications
