Event Admission Specialist

The Event Admission Specialist is an independent contractor position. The Event Admission Specialist will be responsible for handling ticket purchases and coaches check in ensuring a smooth experience for coaches, players, and spectators. This is an ideal position for someone interested in sports event management and operations. PrimeTime is looking to hire multiple independant contractors with availability to work a flexible schedule which includes evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Effectively communicate with team coaches, players, and referees
  • Provide customer service for all parents and participants
  • Assist with site set-up and breakdown
  • Using POS System to take payments and provide wristbands
  • Proper handling and care of all PrimeTime supplies and equipment
  • Any other tasks that are required by the Tournament Director/Site Director

Requirements:

  • Strong desire to work in sports
  • Customer service oriented, relevant experience preferred
  • Experience with POS Systems
  • Ability and willingness to work on nights and weekends, for prolonged periods of time
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willingness to travel to other event sites
  • Previous event management skills preferred
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
