Job description

PhotoMules is looking for energetic, customer-focused team members to join our weekend event staff. In this role, you'll travel to youth sporting events, interact with families and athletes, capture promotional photos, and help customers purchase photo packages on-site.

This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have experience in sales, retail, hospitality, education, coaching, customer service, restaurants, or other people-focused roles.

No photography experience needed. We provide all equipment, paid training, and ongoing support.

Location: AUSTIN, TX (regional weekend travel required)

What You'll Do

  • Attend youth sports tournaments and special events throughout the region

  • Create positive interactions with athletes, parents, coaches, and spectators

  • Take promotional and sample photos during events

  • Educate customers about available photo products and packages

  • Drive sales through friendly, consultative conversations

  • Recommend upgrades, promotions, and package options

  • Assist with event logistics, setup, and breakdown

  • Travel to assigned tournament locations throughout the weekend

  • Represent the PhotoMules brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
