Located in Lévis, the L'Aubier residence stands out for its modern architecture and refined design. It comprises 376 apartments, including 36 assisted living units. Ideally situated near numerous shops and services, it is designed to accommodate independent and semi-independent seniors, offering them a warm living environment that combines comfort, elegance, and security.

We are looking for a Rental Advisor to join our sales team! Here is an overview of the main responsibilities: Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent is responsible for apartment rentals and the sale of personalized services to a retired clientele. They actively contribute to increasing occupancy rates, notably through network development, prospecting, and promoting the residence's distinctive features.

Sales: Manage and develop leads via Yardi Prospects. Handling requests (telephone, email, call center, walk-in customers). Organize personalized viewings and finalize leases.

Ensure structured follow-up of prospects and apply the Chartwell sales process. Marketing and networking: Coordinate and lead marketing events according to the residence plan. Maintain and develop a network of contacts.

Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and management meetings. Working closely with internal teams (care, recreation, food services, administration, and maintenance). Reports and follow-ups: Update sales activities daily in Yardi Prospects.

Provide regular reports to management and participate in strategic meetings. Relationships and compliance: Facilitating the integration of new residents. Prepare and maintain sales documents and follow mandatory training courses.

Ideal profile sought: Training: DEC or DEP in sales/marketing or any related training. Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in service sales. Experience in the retirement home sector (a considerable asset).

Experience in marketing and customer service. Skills and qualities sought: Strong focus on results and achieving sales targets. Perseverance and a sense of prospecting with effective and timely follow-ups.

Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills. Team spirit and ability to mobilize staff to generate sales. Commitment to excellence in high-level customer service.
