Your Impact at Techo-Bloc

Are you looking for more than a planning role? Do you want to influence decisions, optimize complex operations, and have a real voice at the table? As a Senior Production Planner, you will play a strategic role at the heart of our manufacturing operations. Your expertise will help ensure the optimal balance between capacity, inventory, performance, and customer satisfaction, while supporting the company’s growth. You will act as an internal reference in planning, a mentor for planners, and a key partner to operations and supply chain teams.

This role offers a clear path to increased responsibilities. High-performing candidates with strong leadership potential will have the opportunity, within approximately one year, to move into supervisory positions, with guidance and coaching to support their successful transition.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic and Tactical Planning

  • Develop and maintain integrated production plans across the short, medium, and long term
  • Translate sales forecasts into realistic, agile plans aligned with actual capacity
  • Support strategic decision-making related to growth and operational investments

Analysis, Anticipation, and Decision-Making

  • Analyze demand, trends, and historical data to anticipate risks and opportunities
  • Identify gaps, recommend scenarios, and propose practical solutions
  • Prevent shortages, excess inventory, and inefficiencies before they impact the organization

Collaboration and Influential Leadership

  • Act as a planning expert and key reference point for internal teams
  • Collaborate closely with production, supply chain, and sales
  • Proactively resolve capacity, sequencing, and bottleneck challenges

Continuous Improvement and Performance

  • Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs related to production, inventory, and capacity
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for planning processes and tools
  • Contribute to the evolution of MRP/ERP practices and process standardization
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong proficiency with MRP/ERP systems and advanced Excel
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and a results-oriented approach
  • Highly autonomous, detail-oriented, and comfortable influencing without formal authority
  • Experience tracking and improving performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Natural leadership with the ability to elevate team practices
