Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Case Manager for a Case Management position requiring Epic proficiency and a CA RN license.

Details
  • Hospital-based Case Management unit
  • Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00–16:30)
  • Floating between facilities within the state is required based on need
  • 2 weekends required every 6 weeks
  • No on-call responsibilities
  • Epic EMR used; experience required
  • Free parking available on-site
  • Local candidates are accepted
Requirements
  • Active CA RN license required
  • Minimum 2 years of Case Management RN experience required
  • Epic EMR proficiency required
  • At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting required for consideration
  • SSN and DOB required for consideration
Additional Information
  • First-time travelers may be considered with clinical approval
  • Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
  • Travelers who refuse float assignments may be subject to termination of the assignment
  • All RTO requests must be submitted upfront; requests made after submission or offer may be denied
