Behavioral Lifebulb Counseling Center is inviting applications for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for our dedicated team. This full-time position offers the unique opportunity to work remotely while playing an integral role in our detox center. As an LCSW, you will provide essential therapeutic services, including psychotherapy, assessments, and consultations, tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clientele.

This position operates within a remote framework, allowing for flexible scheduling while maintaining a structured work schedule of 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, with no evening or weekend commitments. This balance allows our staff to dedicate their full attention to client care without the pressures of an unpredictable environment. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and healthcare providers in our detox center, ensuring a comprehensive approach to individual client treatment plans.

• Conduct thorough assessments of mental health and substance use needs, developing individualized treatment plans to guide clients toward their recovery goals.
• Implement behavioral health services in coordination with other healthcare providers, ensuring an integrated approach to patient care.
• Provide psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and counseling to clients experiencing acute psychological distress or requiring support during detoxification.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records electronically, ensuring adherence to all regulations regarding confidentiality and clinical documentation.
• Screen for substance abuse issues, facilitating referrals to specialized services as appropriate and providing interim support when necessary.
• Participate as a proactive member of a primary care team, engaging in regular communication with healthcare professionals and attending case meetings to discuss client progress and challenges.
• Stay informed about local, state, and federal programs relevant to behavioral health, bringing innovative solutions and evidence-based practices to the treatment processes.

The clients you will serve at our detox center include individuals grappling with substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health disorders, and those experiencing crisis situations. Our approach prioritizes client-centered care, recognizing the individual needs of each person. Your ability to empathize, establish trust, and engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds will be essential in fostering their recovery journey.

• A Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited program.
• Current LCSW license to practice in the state of Florida.
• Proven clinical skills and the ability to navigate complex clinical situations effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with clients and professional staff.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to a culture of mutual respect and dedication to client care.
• Competency with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.

• Experience working in detox settings or with substance use populations is highly desirable.
• Expertise in trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Experience conducting group therapy sessions and workshops for both clients and their families.
