Description

As a Mental Health Therapist at Lakeview Behavioral Health (LBH) you will be responsible for providing compassionate and excellent psychotherapy services and maintaining a caseload of therapy clients, appropriate to your licensure and competencies. Mental Health Therapists are expected to design and implement effective treatment methodologies tailored to each unique person they work with. Candidates should have a passion for providing high quality of care, excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage their time effectively and be comfortable working independently and as a part of a team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Complete initial and ongoing mental health Diagnostic Assessment
  • Develop robust and objective treatment plans
  • Provide excellent and compassionate ongoing therapy with caseload
  • Create and maintain appropriate documentation in EMR system
  • Collaboratively engage with clients care team, internal and external, to facilitate appropriate coordination of care
  • Submit timely and accurate billing for services rendered

Requirements

Licensed as a Mental Health Professional in MN or pursuing licensure as a Clinical Trainee under supervision. Board Approved clinical supervision is available for those working towards licensure.

Must be able to see clients ages 6+
