Job Duties

We are seeking a professional receptionist who is committed to delivering outstanding customer service that creates a welcoming experience for every visitor. The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, vendors, and staff. This position is responsible for providing courteous customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting administrative functions in a healthcare environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 8-6 every other weekend
Key Responsibilities
Greet residents, visitors, families, and staff in a warm, professional, and respectful manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls accurately and efficiently
Monitor visitor sign-in/sign-out and follow facility security and infection control protocols
Provide general information about the facility while maintaining resident privacy
Receive, sort, and distribute mail, deliveries, and messages
Maintain front desk area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, faxing, and data entry
Coordinate communication between departments as needed
Respond calmly and appropriately to emergencies and notify appropriate staff
