We are growing and looking to hire experienced general contractors/fabricators to join our teams in Rochester & Canandaigua!
The successful applicant will need to have general construction experience: framing, finishing, siding, trim carpentry skills, etc. A typical day will require the ability to collaborate with the team and/or to work independently, read blueprints, have strong attention to detail, and excellent time management skills to meet deadlines on time.
Skills that we are looking for include:

Applicants must have a good work ethic and be willing to occasionally work overtime. Our hours are Monday-Friday:
Rochester: 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Some weekends may be worked if overtime is needed.
Canandaigua building: 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Opportunity for evening shift work post-training. Some weekends may be worked if overtime is needed.
Must be able to lift 25+ pounds safely and routinely.
Fluent in English and Spanish would be a plus!
