Projects may vary, so the carpenter foreman must be prepared to supervise a range of duties, including wood framing, millwork assembly, rough carpentry, and finish carpentry. This means you'll be responsible for assigning tasks, ensuring work meets quality standards, and resolving on-site issues, while still actively participating in construction when needed. Balancing leadership with hands-on work requires strong time management and communication skills, as you'll coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and your own team to keep projects on schedule.
