Job description

Position Summary

We are a growing residential construction company based in the Greater Rochester area, specializing in high-quality framing, custom decks, and additions. As we expand into the custom home market, we are looking for a motivated Carpenter Apprentice / Junior Carpenter to join our team. This is a position for someone with foundational skills who wants to master the trade, take on more responsibility over time, and grow with our business long-term. [1]

  • Assist with framing walls, roofs, floors, and building custom decks and additions.
  • Measure, cut, and shape wood and other construction materials accurately.
  • Operate essential hand and power tools safely, including circular saws, drills, and nail guns.
  • Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment at various residential job sites.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by clearing debris and hazards daily. [1]
