We are seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician to support several residential properties in the Downtown area. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, energetic, and eager to contribute to a wellmaintained, residentfocused environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Report directly to Maintenance Manager
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance across multiple properties
  • Complete repairs including basic electrical and plumbing (101-level)
  • Troubleshoot home appliances; HVAC troubleshooting experience is a plus
  • Assist with carpentry, masonry, and general building upkeep
  • Prepare apartments for movein
  • Maintain a clean, organized shop and workspace
  • Clear snow and maintain safe walkways during winter months
  • Must work well alone and with others.
  • Carry out additional projects as assigned by the Maintenance Manager
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of property maintenance experience
  • Reliable transportation and a clean drivers license
  • Ability to use stairs, lift medium-weight items, and work safely on ladders
  • Ability to respond to oncall needs when required
