Construction Laborer / Helper

About Oaks Construction

Oaks Construction is a fast-growing residential construction company looking for motivated, dependable individuals who take pride in their work. We specialize in roofing, siding, windows, doors, decks, framing, and exterior renovations throughout the Rochester area.

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload materials and clean up job sites
  • Assist carpenters with tear-offs, roofing, siding, windows, doors, and deck framing
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Work safely at heights and in all weather conditions
  • Stay productive and work efficiently throughout the day

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Required)
  • Construction experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
  • Must be reliable and show up on time every day
  • Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work comfortably on roofs and ladders
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and self-motivation
