Position Overview

As an In-House Sales Representative, you will meet directly with existing Capital Vacations owners to review their ownership benefits and present opportunities to enhance and upgrade their vacation experience. Youll work in a high-energy environment supported by:

  • Group sales presentations led by industry veterans
  • Experienced team managers to assist with closing
  • A proven sales system built for strong conversions and high earnings

This is an excellent role for individuals who excel in relationship-building and thrive in a performance-driven environment.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person upgrade presentations with current Capital Vacations owners
  • Build rapport, identify owner needs, and present tailored solutions
  • Guide owners through the sales process and close upgrades
  • Maintain accurate CRM and compliance documentation
  • Collaborate with leadership to achieve and exceed sales goals
