They are ideal for students, professionals seeking extra income, or those with weekday commitments.

What are the typical work arrangements and expectations for Weekend Coding roles?

Weekend Coding positions are often remote or freelance, providing flexibility to fit around weekday commitments, but may occasionally require synchronous collaboration depending on the team's needs. Job responsibilities typically include working on coding tasks, debugging, reviewing pull requests, or contributing to ongoing projects during Saturday and Sunday hours. You may collaborate with team members through online platforms or digital communications to ensure alignment with project goals. While some roles offer flexible scheduling, others may require you to be available for specific meetings or deployment windows. Overall, these roles are ideal for candidates seeking additional income, a varied workload, or opportunities to expand their technical skill set outside traditional hours.

To thrive in a Weekend Coding role, candidates should have strong programming skills in relevant languages, problem-solving abilities, and a background in software development or computer science. Familiarity with version control systems like Git, project management tools such as Jira or Trello, and potentially specific certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer) can be advantageous. Excellent time management, self-motivation, and communication skills help individuals coordinate effectively within remote or distributed teams. These competencies are crucial for delivering high-quality code efficiently while working within the constraints of part-time weekend schedules.

Nurse Practitioner (FNP) - Outpatient Family Practice

Job description

Full-time Monday-Friday No nights, no weekends, $120,000 - $135,000 depending on experience
An established outpatient family practice in Conyers is looking for its next full-time Nurse Practitioner. The panel is built, the schedule is full from day one, and the infrastructure most postings promise actually exists here: a collaborating physician arrangement already in place, dedicated billing and coding support, care management programs (CCM/RPM) up and running, and administrative staff who keep the paperwork off your plate so you can practice medicine.
The practice serves a predominantly Black patient community in Rockdale County - patients with long relationships with this office who want a provider they'll see consistently. If community-rooted primary care is what you got into this work for, this is that job.
What your week looks like
  • Outpatient primary care across the lifespan: acute visits, chronic disease management, preventive care, and annual wellness visits
  • An established patient panel - no panel-building, no ramp-up period, no marketing yourself
  • Collaboration with an experienced supervising physician and a supportive back-office team
  • Documentation in eClinicalWorks (eCW) with billing and coding specialists reviewing behind you
  • Home by dinner. No hospital rounds, no weekend clinic.

About 315, LLC
315, LLC is a healthcare management and revenue cycle company based in Macon, Georgia, supporting independent primary care practices across the state. Our model is simple: the clinical team practices medicine, and we handle everything else. This position is with one of our partner practices in Conyers.
Requirements
  • Active, unrestricted Georgia APRN license with FNP certification (or eligibility, for new graduates completing certification)
  • 2+ years of outpatient or primary care experience preferred - strong new graduates are welcome to apply and will be genuinely supported, not thrown in the deep end
  • Experience with chronic disease management and EMR documentation
  • A clinician who wants to know their patients, not churn through them

Benefits
  • $120,000 - $135,000 base salary, placed by experience - we publish the real range because we'd want the same
  • Performance incentive opportunities on top of base
  • Individual health insurance premium 100% employer-paid medical
  • 401(k) with employer matching
  • Paid time off: vacation, sick leave, and public holidays
  • CME allowance, license and DEA renewal support
  • Training, development, and a team that answers the phone when you have a billing question

How to apply
Send your resume - that's it. Our process is straightforward: a conversation with our team, a visit to meet the practice, and a decision. We move quickly for the right candidate.
315, LLC and its partner practices are equal opportunity employers. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
