What is a weekend clerical job?

Weekend clerical jobs involve working a part-time schedule on Saturdays and Sundays in an office to assist with the reception area, computing, and other administrative tasks. In this type of role, your responsibilities can vary significantly with the specific position. However, your typical duties are to schedule appointments for patients or clients, coordinate schedules and meetings for staff, take and direct phone calls, answer emails, complete data entry tasks, sort and deliver company mail, and file and organize paperwork. This role offers a chance to develop multitasking skills and can provide a pathway into more advanced administrative positions.
