As an Intake Call Center Representative, you'll be an essential part of our administrative support team. You will play a pivotal role in connecting individuals with life-changing behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Handle inbound calls, conducting initial screenings and assessments to gather vital information.
  • Provide compassionate support to individuals in crisis, offering appropriate resources and referrals.
  • Utilize your knowledge of behavioral health programs to guide clients to the right level of care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client information and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.

Qualifications:
