What You’ll Do

  • Assemble cable and wire harness products
  • Read basic drawings and work instructions
  • Use hand tools, crimpers, soldering irons, and measuring tools
  • Perform inspections and continuity checks
  • Work with production and engineering teams to meet quality and delivery goals

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of cable/harness assembly experience preferred
  • Strong soldering, crimping, and assembly skills
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to work under a microscope
  • Team player with a strong work ethic

Requirements:

Required Skills & Working Conditions

  • Must be able to pass Manual Dexterity requirements (handling small parts effectively, demonstrate fine motor skills and dexterity to manipulate tweezers, small pliers and parts with speed and precision)
  • Must possess sufficient hand and upper body strength and gross motor skills to route cable bundles of various sizes and weights
  • Must be able to demonstrate Technical Literacy (ability to read and accurately interpret wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, BOM’s and blueprints or demonstrate the ability to learn this process)
  • Must follow strong safety standards
  • Must possess attention to detail
  • Must be able to work as part of a team
  • Fluent in reading, writing and speaking/understanding English
  • Must be able to pass Visual Acuity requirements (color, depth perception and field of vision)
  • This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Physical Requirements

  • Required to stand/or sit for long periods of time. Performs limited intermittent physical exertion. Required to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally. Works under safe conditions with some occasional exposure to noise or heat. Performs general housekeeping duties daily in Cable Assembly area
