Max Health is looking for a Business Development Coordinator to support our growing chiropractic practice in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you'll partner closely with our Business Development Representative to coordinate events, strengthen community relationships, schedule educational presentations, and help turn outreach efforts into new patient appointments.

Every day is different-you might be coordinating a Lunch & Learn, representing Max Health at a community event, following up with referral partners, or tracking outreach results to help our team continue growing.

What You'll Do

As our Business Development Coordinator, you'll help drive patient growth by supporting both the planning and execution of community outreach initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
  • Coordinate community outreach events, health screenings, and educational seminars.
  • Schedule and organize Lunch & Learns with local businesses and community organizations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, employers, physicians, and community leaders.
  • Represent Max Health at networking events, health fairs, and community activities.
  • Engage prospective patients and confidently encourage appointment scheduling.
  • Conduct outreach and follow-up by phone, email, and in person.
  • Track outreach activities, referrals, appointments, and event outcomes.
  • Assist with planning outreach strategies that increase patient awareness and practice growth.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure outreach initiatives stay organized and on schedule.
  • Partner closely with the Business Development Representative to achieve growth goals.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $18.00โ€“$22.00 per hour plus commission
Performance incentives are available based on outreach activity and appointment generation.
Hours: Schedule varies, but must be available to work weekends
