Job description

Position:               School Bus Driver
 

Qualifications:     Current CDL with school bus and passenger endorsement preferred,                     

 

                              training provided, if necessary.

 

Pay Rate/Hours:   20-25 hrs weekly minimum 

 

                               $21.06 - $29.53; depending on experience

 

                               Benefits available per negotiated agreement

 

Purpose:        Under the general supervision of the Director of Transportation, to ensure    

 

                       the safe transportation of students, staff and others to and from school, 

 

                       residential neighborhoods, and field trips.  Comply with federal and state 

 

                       laws, and board of education rules and mandates that pertain to school 

 

                       bus drivers.
