Hearthstone Assisted Living, a part of Lutheran Life Communities, is seeking a Health & Wellness Director (RN) to oversee clinical operations within an assisted living community. What You’ll Do

  • Lead clinical operations within an assisted living setting
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain survey readiness
  • Oversee quality assurance, staffing, labor management, and documentation systems
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary departments to support resident care and satisfaction
  • Serve as a liaison for residents, families, and healthcare providers
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop nursing and caregiving staff

Required Qualifications

  • Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license required
  • CPR certification required
  • Minimum three years of assisted living clinical leadership experience required
  • Knowledge of assisted living regulations and survey processes
  • Experience managing staffing schedules and clinical operations
  • Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
