Weekend Warrior CNA: Certified Nursing Assistant
Weekend Only - Friday/Saturday/Sunday | Days (6am - 6pm)
Pay: $20 - $21.80 (Based on experience)
PLUS shift differentials: +$1.75/hr evenings, +$1.50/hr nights, +$1/hr weekends

What You'll Do as a Weekend Warrior CNA: Certified Nursing Assistant:
  • Record all pertinent information in residents record. Examples being: EMR's, Restorative Care, Food Intake records, behavior notes and other written documents.
  • Protect and maintain all work areas in accordance with facility safety policies.
  • Perform daily tasks in accordance with infection control and standard precaution policies and procedures.
  • Ambulate residents in accordance with individual plans of care.
  • Prepare, assist and transport residents to and from meals, activities and therapy sessions.
  • Assist, supervise and feed residents at meal time.
  • Bathe residents in accordance with plans of care.
  • Assist residents with dressing and undressing.
  • Combs hair, shaves and applies appropriate appliances for residents.
  • Perform and assist with passive, active ROM exercises, and Restorative Programs
  • Passes fresh ice and water, extra fluids and AM or HS nourishments.
  • Takes and records weight, temperatures, fluid intake and output, vital signs and other pertinent data.
  • Checks that bed pans, urinals, and collection hats are stored according to facility policies.
  • Participates in facility committees giving input including QA/PI.
  • Performs all other duties according to CNA certification.
Requirements for a Weekend Warrior CNA: Certified Nursing Assistant:?
  • Must be registered as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
  • Work permit required if under 18 years of age.
  • Onsite presence required.
