Location: Des Moines, IA
Type: Contract
Competencies: S400_OS and DB2, AS400_CLP
Experience (Years): 4-6 Years
Role Description:
  • Should be able to handle batch related errors and take appropriate action for production batch cycle Job failures.
  • Should be able to handle and provide permanent solution for break fixes and develop code for AS400 enhancements and project deliveries.
  • Experience of working directly with IT and Business stakeholders.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, designing and solutioning.
  • Flexible for weekend L2 & RFC (Change Request) support as per rotational basis.

Essential Skills:
  • Project experience in Application Support and development in AS400 and Batch jobs,
  • Project experience in AS400 - RPG, CL & DB2 and SQL.
  • Must have complete understanding of Object-Oriented Programming

Desirable Skills:
  • Attitude to learn new technologies depending on Project need.
  • Knowledge of Agile and tools like JIRA.
