You will play a key role in translating design concepts into high-quality, buildable solutions while managing project workflows, coordinating consultants, and supporting the professional development of team members.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical development and delivery of complex architectural projects from design development through construction documentation and construction administration.
  • Translate design intent into high-quality, coordinated, and buildable construction documents while maintaining design excellence throughout project execution.
  • Manage project teams by delegating responsibilities, setting expectations, and providing day-to-day guidance to architects and designers.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff through technical oversight, coaching, knowledge sharing, and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Coordinate consultants, engineers, and internal team members to ensure project goals, schedules, and deliverables are met.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders, fostering strong and professional working relationships.
  • Oversee quality control efforts by reviewing drawings and documentation for accuracy, consistency, and technical excellence.
  • Apply strong expertise in building systems, exterior envelope detailing, interior detailing, building codes, and construction methodologies to ensure constructible solutions.
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical, design, and project challenges while balancing multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder needs.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills across all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to project planning, staffing, and team coordination efforts to support successful project delivery and resource allocation.
  • Work independently while fostering a collaborative, team-oriented environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Bring strong design sensibility and technical expertise to help elevate the overall quality of the firm’s work and project outcomes.
  • Support design development and construction drawings using Revit and other project documentation tools.
  • Engage in construction administration activities, including responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and collaborating with contractors to maintain design intent.
Essential Skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
  • 8+ years of professional architectural experience.
