Kunes Auto Group is looking for motivated, persuasive Automotive Internet Sales Representatives to connect with customers actively shopping for their next vehicle.

This isn’t a traditional customer service or call-center position. You’ll use sales skills, persistence, and relationship-building to engage customers, understand what they’re looking for, overcome objections, and earn their commitment to visit one of our dealerships.

Compensation:

  • $17/hour during training
  • Transition to a performance-based commission pay plan once trained and proficient in the role
  • Typical annual earning potential of $50,000–$100,000, depending on performance, skill, and motivation
  • Daily Pay available
Schedule
  • Full-time, onsite in Delavan, WI
  • Evenings and rotating weekends are required
  • Scheduling flexibility provided with advance notice
What You’ll Do
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails with customers actively shopping for vehicles
  • Build rapport quickly and create relationships over phone, text, and email
  • Use proven sales techniques to turn customer interest into dealership appointments
  • Ask effective questions, understand customer needs, and confidently overcome objections
  • Set, confirm, and follow up on sales appointments
  • Re-engage customers who missed appointments and regain their commitment
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer notes
  • Manage multiple conversations, systems, and priorities in a fast-paced sales environment
