Job Overview:

SUMMARY

The Site Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day administrative duties as requested by management, as well as assisting various departments at our facilities in Edmonton, AB.

JOB DUTIES

  • Process and track material requisitions, ensuring proper approvals and documentation are maintained.
  • Prepare and maintain Material Receiving Reports (MRRs) and receiving records.
  • Update project logs, spreadsheets, and tracking reports for materials and project activities.
  • Coordinate with project management, procurement and fabrication teams to support project execution.
  • Maintain organized project files, records, and document control systems.
  • Monitor outstanding material deliveries and communicate status updates to project teams.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, creating memos, etc.
  • Process and track material requisitions, ensuring proper approvals and documentation are maintained
  • Various other duties as requested by management

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

  • 1 - 3 years' site administrative experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Skilled in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Must be able to work under pressure, to multi-task, and meet deadlines
  • Possess strong organizational skills

A degree in Business Administration or related education would be considered an asset.
