Your Mission:
Provides executive leadership across Corporate, Retail, Technology, Supply Chain/Distribution, and global accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting. Leads all external audits. Ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting through robust controls, timely monthly close processes, and reporting that enables business unit reviews. Serves as a key strategic partner to senior leadership on the accounting impact of business decisions.
How You'll Make an Impact:
  • Leads financial stewardship, ensuring accuracy and integrity of reporting and controls
  • Ensures compliance with GAAP in all aspects of the business
  • Leads and develops large accounting and cash management teams
  • Communicates complex technical accounting information to diverse stakeholders, understanding the financial implications to the business.
  • Leads external audits across domestic and international operations.
  • Partners with senior executives to provide accounting insights and strategic recommendations

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 20+ years of progressive experience in accounting, auditing, or finance, including experience within a diverse, global organization with exposure to multiple foreign currencies.
  • 12+ years leading enterprise accounting functions
  • Direct experience with the Oracle financial platform or a similar large scale ERP system
  • Experience overseeing financial audits and GAAP compliance
  • Experience with consolidated financial reporting (e.g., P&L statements)
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Ability to meet confidentiality and non-compete requirements
