Hospice RN/LPN | Part-time, weekday evenings, 3p-11p

Position:Hospice Response RN | Faith Hospice

Schedule: Part-time | 2 weekday evenings per week (3pm - 11pm)

Territory:Kent and Ottawa Counties and the outskirts of surrounding counties

Faith Hospice offers a unique opportunity for an experienced RN or LPN to join our dedicated interdisciplinary team. As a Hospice Weekend Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to patients at the end of life.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to crisis calls and patient/family concerns

- Provide end of life visits
