Senior Manager of 340B Compliance - Pharmacy Team

Are you a detail-driven compliance professional who thrives on protecting program integrity and staying ahead of regulatory change? Damien Center - Indiana's oldest and largest AIDS service organization - is hiring a Senior Manager of 340B Compliance to safeguard our participation in the HRSA 340B Drug Pricing Program.

The Role
Reporting to the Chief Pharmacy Officer, you'll own 340B compliance end-to-end: preventing duplicate discounts and diversion, keeping the program audit-ready, and leading a small team through policy, training, and reporting.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain current knowledge of 340B statute, HRSA guidance, and IRA impacts on drug pricing and reimbursement
  • Keep the program audit-ready - develop/update policies, oversee eligibility and covered-patient criteria, and maintain contract pharmacy agreements per HRSA guidelines
  • Review contract pharmacy purchases against dispense data, ensure accurate manufacturer reporting, and process 340B claims tied to IRA Maximum Fair Price requirements
  • Coordinate the annual external audit and lead internal audit/eligibility reviews
  • Partner with the Chief Pharmacy Officer and Finance on savings optimization and contract pharmacy economics
  • Lead and train the 340B management team; report to stakeholders and run 340B Internal Committee meetings

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Health Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Nursing, Healthcare Compliance, or related field
  • 5+ years healthcare experience, including 3+ years in 340B program compliance
  • 340B ACE certification preferred (or obtained within one year of hire)
Compensation & Benefits

This is a salaried, full-time, exempt position reporting to the Chief Pharmacy Officer, with a starting base salary of of $88,000/year.

  • 150 hours of PTO in the first year followed by 195 hours per year moving forward.
