Night Shift Nurse (RN/LPN)

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $6,000

Night & Weekend Shift Differentials Available

Position Purpose

The Night Shift Nurse (RN/LPN) plays a critical role indelivering high-quality, compassionate care in a calm overnight environment.This position provides hands-on nursing care, supports resident safety andcomfort, and collaborates with the care team to ensure continuity of carethroughout the night.

Essential Responsibilities

Provide total nursing care to residents on the assignedunit during the night shift

Administer medications and treatments according tophysician orders and nursing standards

Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and companyregulations

Communicate care plans, procedures, and treatments clearlyto residents and families

Accurately transcribe and implement physician orders

Document care and resident responses thoroughly and timely

Give and receive detailed shift reports to ensurecontinuity of care

Conduct routine rounds to monitor resident comfort,safety, and condition

Supervise and support CNAs, ensuring accurate dailydocumentation

Coordinate care with therapists to support 24-hourrehabilitation needs

Record diet changes and communicate updates to the DietaryDepartment

Participate in quality improvement activities,in-services, and staff meetings

Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN nursing program

Active RN/LPN state license in good standing

Minimum of 2 years nursing experience (or equivalent)

Strong leadership, communication, and organizationalskills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Commitment to professionalism and compassionate care

Reports To: Director of Nursing

Shift Differentials

Weekday Nights (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM): +$1.50/hr

Weekend Days (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM): +$2.50/hr

Weekend Nights (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM): +$4.00/hr
