Are you a mechanically inclined individual with experience in aerospace assembly? We are hiring a skilled Assembly for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Monroe, WA. If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to work with precision, this could be a great fit for you.
 
Our client is a leading manufacturer of structural aircraft components used by major OEMs in the large business and regional jet markets. Their advanced capabilities include the production of engine pylons, struts, wing structures, wheel wells, and interior components. This is a clean, safety-first, and teamwork-driven workplace where employees contribute to building high-performance aircraft parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform mechanical assembly of structural parts, subassemblies, and components per blueprints
  • Install brackets, hinges, rivets, fasteners, and bushings using hand and power tools
  • Apply sealants and inspect final assemblies for quality and conformance
  • Follow all work instructions, safety guidelines, and lean/5S practices
  • Operate shop tools such as arbor presses, squeeze tools, and grinders
 
Schedules Available:
  • Friday-Sunday 5:00am-5:30pm
 
Pay
  • $23.00-$27.75 depending on experience
 
Shift Differentials:
         •     $2/hr for weekday night shifts
 
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 1+ year of recent mechanical or aerospace assembly experience 
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Mechanically inclined with good manual dexterity
  • Basic shop math skills
