With nearly 10 years in business and approximately 2,000 successful weddings, we are recognized for luxury client experiences, exceptional service, and flawless event execution.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager for our Charlotte location to partner closely with executive leadership to drive venue sales, oversee daily operations, develop high-performing teams, and deliver an exceptional white-glove client experience from the first inquiry through wedding day execution. ย  Quick Facts - Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite) - Employment Type: Full-Time - Reports To: Owner / Chief Executive Officer - Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Primarily business hours; occasional evening or weekend support required) - Travel: 5% - 10% travel required (occasional travel between locations or company events) - Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 Base + Commission (DOE) - Benefits: PTO and Holiday Pay What You'll Do ย  Sales Leadership & Business Development - Lead the client journey from initial inquiry through executed contract. - Conduct exceptional in-person and virtual venue tours, qualifying prospective clients based on budget, guest count, vision, and venue fit.

- Present pricing, packages, enhancements, and premium dates with confidence. - Execute strategic follow-ups to maximize inquiry-to-booking conversion and meet or exceed revenue goals. - Maintain accurate sales forecasts, booking pace projections, and identify upselling opportunities.

Team Leadership & Performance - Coach, lead, and develop a high-performing venue team focused on accountability and continuous improvement. - Assign daily priorities, monitor operational/sales activities, and hold team members accountable to high service standards. - Conduct regular performance conversations and assist with onboarding and training new team members.

CRM Administration & Sales Reporting - Maintain immaculate CRM records, sales pipelines, contracts, and client communications. - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including lead response time, conversion rates, booking pace, and average booking value. - Analyze business trends and prepare recurring sales and operational reports for leadership.

Client Experience & Operations - Deliver an unmatched luxury client experience, responding to inquiries with urgency, professionalism, and warmth. - Continuously evaluate operational workflows, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), and leverage CRM, AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot), and project management software to drive efficiency. - Collaborate seamlessly with planning, marketing, and venue operations teams

What We're Looking For ย  Required Qualifications - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience. - Experience: - 5+ years of venue operations, hospitality management, luxury events, or client service leadership. - 2-4 years of consultative sales experience within hospitality, weddings, or luxury services.

- 2+ years of closing high-value customer-facing sales. - 2+ years of supervisory or management experience leading teams. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) and project management software.

- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership abilities. Adaptable and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications - Experience selling weddings or events valued at $20,000+.
