Marketing Content & CRM Specialist

Location: Ozark, MO - Onsite Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)

The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in executing and optimizing our digital marketing initiatives across SEO, content marketing, lead generation and nurturing, website management, and campaign execution.

This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with analytical thinking and enjoys building marketing systems that drive measurable results. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail oriented, tech savvy, and passionate about continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Organic Growth

  • Manage and optimize SEO strategy using BrightEdge and other SEO tools

  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and trend identification

  • Monitor website rankings, technical SEO performance, and organic traffic growth

  • Identify content opportunities to improve search visibility and lead generation

Content Management

  • Build and maintain a scalable digital content library

  • Update and optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages

  • Assist with content planning aligned to buyer journeys and target industries

  • Repurpose existing content into multiple formats for campaigns and digital channels

  • Ensure messaging and brand consistency across all digital platforms

Campaigns & Lead Generation

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, web, and social channels

  • Support lead generation initiatives that drive qualified inbound opportunities

  • Create and manage landing pages, forms, CTAs, and campaign assets

Analytics & Reporting

Qualifications / Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation

  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing best practices

  • Experience with SEO platforms such as BrightEdge, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar

  • Experience managing website content and digital campaigns
