 Seeking a Website Developer that would receive a redesigned site that is scalable to the degree that new content and programs could easily be integrated into the existing design. The site will reside in a secure and easily manageable CMS

Duties:

The primary services required for the successful implementation of this project include:

The development of a new website that is based on a template provided by AUTHORIZED USER, adheres to web standards and requirements, and features an intuitive CMS for making content edits.

The transition from one website to another at the domain

Training for board and program staff on using the chosen CMS

(If needed) Training for the agency's Data division on best practices regarding server-side configuration, database management and security protocols.


Qualifications

Word Press or Drupal content management systems (CMS) in a windows environment with Microsoft SQL Server databases.

The Designer would need some experience with configuration of a CMS. They will also need experience designing and deploying web sites that meets Virginia's Web Site standards and IT accessibility standards. They should have some experience creating pages that access a database for dynamic content pages.
