What You'll Do

We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer I to join our Advisor Website Services team. You will work closely with business partners on issues related to our Advisor Website and other digital experiences.

Working closely with Advisors, staff and other business partners requires excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Maintaining high levels of service by assisting business partners cases/calls/requests. Tech aptitude is good but more about organization, strong problem-solving and big picture/conceptual skills, communication and service.

  • With guidance, learn, understand and support Principal systems and web applications to provide top service to our business partners. Understand how systems integrate with each other. Focus on growing as an engineer, learning existing tools, resources and processes.
  • Ability to effectively deliver information in an understandable/appropriate manner between customers and engineers to resolve web and/or data related issues.
  • Ability to own processes/issues and see them through to resolution which could include researching and recommending solutions for web and/or data issues.
  • Begin gaining understanding of services team is accountable to maintain. Be eager to provide input to team as working on web and/or data related topics.
  • Stay current and engaged on industry trends.
  • Perform other job-related duties of special projects as required.

Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$62000 - $74000 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

Work Environment

This role is located in Des Moines and offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek) work arrangement. During the training period the role will be in the office 5 days/week.  Hours covered are 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT.
