Compensation:

Minimum starting salary of $45,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related degree or five years of related experience
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Experience creating digital content for websites or other online platforms.
  • Ability to research unfamiliar topics and create clear, engaging web content.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Comfort working with content management systems (CMS); Drupal preferred
  • Strong visual design understanding and working knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite software
  • Strong organizational, creative and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO) and AI search best practices.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Familiarity with PHP, jQuery and/or related programming languages
  • Experience in a university or higher education environment and/or a large nonprofit organization
  • Experience developing and analyzing integrated digital marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management systems (CRM)
  • Strong strategic, marketing project management skills
