Summary: Oversee a team of Litigation Support Analysts. Provide high-level technical Hosting support to Project Management Teams globally. Manage electronic discovery solutions for the culling, processing, hosting and conversion of electronically stored information (ESI) for end clients consisting of mainly law firms and Fortune 500 companies.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Ensure training of Litigation Support Analysts on Relativity, Digital Reef, Law and Project Management software.
  • Assist Hosting Director with managing team's schedule.
  • Point of contact for high-level technical tasks.
  • Work directly with junior team members to ensure effective execution of all projects on a micro-level.
  • Meet with fellow Hosting Leads to ensure efficient Hosting-PM workflow and address issues as needed.
  • Assist with enforcing Hosting policies.
  • Communicate with Project Management Teams as well as clients in order to effectively execute tasks throughout the life cycle of a case.
  • Manage high-level tasks and unique workflows.
  • Troubleshoot any tech-related issues based on knowledge of RCA Certification, expertise of analytics, proficiency with Concordance and Digital Reef; both internally and externally.
  • Convey technical processes and terminology into easy to understand language.
  • Be available to answer client questions about web hosting software and perform various administrative functions of the application(s) to meet clients' needs.
  • Perform demonstrations of web hosting software, both online and in person.
  • Communicate with clients and proactively offer solutions to improve their workflow through the life cycle of a case.
  • Handle multiple projects and jobs to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Ensure smooth transition of work between day and evening shifts.
  • Develop and utilize strong analytical skills to research potential solutions and determine appropriate course of action.
  • Ensure jobs are completed according to client, and industry standards, and that job specifications and deadlines are adhered to.
  • Perform other tech-based special projects or duties when required.
  • Work with Relativity and LAW to execute document disclosures, including bates stamping, creating load files and performing OCR.
  • Create custom event handlers and Relativity Scripts to improve workflow.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to research potential solutions and determine appropriate course of action.
  • Maintain accurate and current records of all aspects of a project relating to job tracking, specifications, and chain of custody related documents.
  • QCing any potential inconsistencies or conflicts within the potential disclosure set based on PM/client instructions.
  • Executing disclosures, exporting and finalising disclosure deliverables, including executing high level specs
Who We Are Looking For:

Your experience includes:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field, such as computer sciences or information management-technology, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong technical and leadership background.
  • RCA Certification.
  • Knowledge of Analytics.
  • Experience in MS Office applications.
  • Proficient with Concordance and Summation.
  • Ability to convey technical processes and terminology into easy to understand language.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Available to work overtime, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Available by phone or email when out of the office as needed.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and ability to develop and implement new ideas to create customised solutions on a client by client basis.

Desired Skills:

  • 2-3 years experience in litigation technology/vendor side preferred.
  • Knowledge of SQL and/or Visual Basic.
  • Experience with LAW PreDiscovery, Digital Reef, or IPRO is a major plus.
