Job Description: 

As a Web Dev with expertise in React, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications using the React framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, developers, designers, and product managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Your role will involve providing technical leadership, guiding the development team, and supporting architectural decisions to meet project goals. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Design web applications 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications. 
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. 
  • Lead the development and implementation of mobile application features. 
  • Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability of the application. 
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance. 
  • Identify and address technical challenges and risks during the development process. 
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in mobile application development. 
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate mobile applications with server-side systems. 
  • Optimize mobile applications for performance and user experience. 
    Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the development team. 
  • Participate in Agile development processes and provide input in sprint planning and estimation. 
  • Document architectural designs, code guidelines, and best practices for future reference. 
  • Keep stakeholders informed about project progress and provide technical insights and recommendations. 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating in an onsite-offshore model is a must 
  • Excellent architecture development and presentation skills, both internally and externally with the client 
  • Prior experience in as a Web Lead with a variety of tooling used in Web ecosystem. 
  • In-depth understanding of React framework is a must 
  • Solid knowledge of JavaScript and JS ecosystem 
  • Experience in frontend technologies such as CMS (Contentful preferred) and CDN 
  • Strong architectural and design skills with the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions. 
  • Experience with any React native mobile development is a plus. 
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating web applications with backend services. 
  • Proficient understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git). 
  • Proficient understanding around Web hosting in Azure and Vercel 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Â
