About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. This role reports to a Project Management Team Lead and sits at the intersection of web development and digital marketing.


You will lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams across Web Development, Design, UX, SEO, Paid Media, Analytics, CRO, and Content to deliver complex web-based solutions and integrated digital marketing programs for our clients. This includes custom website builds, CMS migrations and implementations, e-commerce solutions, platform integrations, and ongoing digital marketing campaigns.


The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of agency experience managing web development projects with a strong understanding of digital marketing workflows. You should be well-versed in leading website builds and redesigns across multiple CMS platforms, coordinating cross-team collaboration for SEO implementation, and managing workflows that intersect development and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple web development and digital marketing projects from discovery through launch and ongoing support
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource plans while ensuring projects stay on track
  • Manage website builds, redesigns, CMS migrations, platform implementations, integrations, e-commerce solutions, and custom development projects
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Development, Design, UX, SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Analytics, Content, and QA
  • Serve as the primary client contact throughout project delivery, providing status updates, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and stakeholders, driving accountability, prioritization, and timely execution
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks while continuously improving processes and team efficiency
  • Oversee ongoing website and digital marketing engagements, including enhancements, maintenance, content updates, audits, and support initiatives
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, forecasting, financials, quality assurance, and resource allocation using project management platforms such as Asana, JIRA, Kantata, Smartsheet or Workfront
  • Ensure all deliverables meet strategic objectives, quality standards, and client expectations while fostering collaboration across teams


Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in digital project management within an agency. Agency experience is required
  • Proven success managing cross-functional teams on complex web-based projects, including custom development, CMS implementations, and integrations
  • Experience leading website builds and redesigns across multiple CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Sitefinity, Shopify, Contentful, or similar). Capacity to learn new platforms as needed
  • Experience with e-commerce solutions and platform integrations connecting CMS, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows, including SEO implementation, paid media, CRO, analytics, and performance tracking
  • Experience supporting the creation and presentation of project estimates and scope documents
  • Experience facilitating website go-lives and post-launch activities
  • Experience with B2B, SaaS, or complex multi-stakeholder project structures is highly preferred
  • Proficient with project management tools such as Kantata, Smartsheet, Asana, JIRA or Workfront
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and craft solutions
