Description

Data Intelligence is looking for a web developer in the San Diego area.  This position is fully onsite and located at NIWC PAC, San Diego.Target Salary Range: $115,000-$125,000 / year
(This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors)
Job Responsibilities:

The Web Developer will provide full software development lifecycle support to automate a range of the US Navy's corporate functions such as: finance, contracts, physical security, plant property, facilities, document control, project management, and personnel. The developer will work in Agile, DevSecOps environment to develop responsive applications for PCs and mobile devices working to DoD and Navy development standards.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience of web development experience supporting the life cycle of a corporate information systems with demonstrated work experience to include:
  • JAVA and Structured Query Language (SQL)
  • Angular/AngularJS/ReactJS Framework
  • Database Experience (i.e. Oracle and/or SQL server)
  • Hypertext Preprocessor
  • Spork, GIT and/or SVN
  • Atlassian products (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)UI tools Bootstrap, Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) & Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
  • User-centered design and elegant engineering principles to software design
  • Experience with full software development cycle: Planning, Requirements, Design, Build, Document, Test, Deploy, Maintain
  • Experience troubleshooting & resolving software defects
  • Working in an Agile team
  • Experience with source code configuration management for application development to include versioning, documentation, code reviews, etc.
  • Secret level security clearance
Desired Skills/Experience:
  • Experience working with containerized applications
  • Experience with DevSecOps pipeline
  • Cloud Technology (e,g, AWS GovCloud or MS Azure)
  • Experience working with the JAVA Spring Boot Framework
  • Automate testing (e.g. Selenium, Jasmine)
  • BS degree in a related discipline
