About the role
The Senior Salesforce Developer serves as the senior technical authority for Kuvare's Salesforce platform, responsible for designing scalable, secure, and governed solutions that support current business needs and future growth.
This role focuses on platform architecture, development leadership, data governance design, integration strategy, security, and compliance awareness to ensure Salesforce remains a trusted system of record and a strong foundation for future AI-enabled capabilities.
The role is responsible for designs, implements, and governs the processes, automation, standards, and controls that keep data clean, secure, compliant, and AI-ready.
What you'll do
Salesforce Architecture & Platform Strategy
Design and evolve Salesforce architecture to support long-term business growth and multi-business-unit use within a shared Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement environment.
Define and enforce scalable, maintainable development patterns aligned with Salesforce best practices.
Technical & Development Leadership
Lead complex Salesforce initiatives using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and integrations.
Provide architectural oversight and design review for new development and enhancements.
Mentor Salesforce developers and administrators on best practices, design patterns, and development standards.
Data Governance, Quality & AI Readiness
Design and govern data quality, deduplication, and stewardship frameworks across Salesforce.
Establish standards for data ownership, validation, and accountability.
Ensure integrations, automation, and user workflows enforce consistent data quality.
Architect Salesforce data to be trusted, analytics-ready, and suitable for AI-enabled tools.
Note: This role designs and governs data quality processes; it does not perform ongoing manual data cleanup.
AppExchange & Tool Evaluation
Research, evaluate, and recommend AppExchange and third-party solutions aligned with Kuvare's platform strategy.
Assess tools for scalability, security, data handling, and architectural fit.
Integrations & API Architecture
Architect and oversee Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems, including data warehouses, marketing platforms, telephony, and other applications.
Establish standards for API usage, authentication, monitoring, error handling, and data synchronization.
Security & Compliance
Architect Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements.
Ensure secure configuration of access controls, permissions, data visibility, authentication, and encryption.
DevOps & Release Management
Implement and maintain DevOps best practices, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and release governance.
Define sandbox strategies and deployment processes that promote safe, predictable releases.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Sales Leadership, IT, Security, and Compliance teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
Qualifications
7+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
Strong background in Salesforce architecture and enterprise-scale implementations.
Advanced experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, automation, and integrations.
Proven experiencedesigning data governance and data quality frameworks.
Experience implementing Salesforce DevOps practices using GitHub or similar tools.
Experience supporting Sales Cloud environments with complex sales workflows.
Understanding of Salesforce AI capabilities and modern automation frameworks.
The pay range for this role is:
